KEEPLY ("we," "us," or "our") is a commercial property service management platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use the KEEPLY app and website (keeplypro.com).
1. Information We Collect
Account Information: When you sign up for KEEPLY, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and property/business address.
Payment Information: Payments are processed securely through Stripe. KEEPLY does not directly store your full credit card or bank account numbers — this information is handled entirely by Stripe in accordance with their own security standards (PCI-DSS compliant).
Service Data: As part of using KEEPLY, we collect information related to your service, including scheduled visits, task lists, service requests, messages sent through the app, and visit reports (including photos taken by your assigned Keeply Pro technician during service visits).
Communications: If you opt in, we collect your consent to send you SMS text messages and emails related to your account (such as booking confirmations, visit reminders, schedule changes, and billing notices).
Technical Information: We may automatically collect standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and device information to help operate and secure the platform.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the KEEPLY service
- Schedule and manage your property service visits
- Process payments and billing
- Send you account-related notifications (email and, if opted in, SMS)
- Communicate with you regarding your account or service requests
- Improve and troubleshoot the platform
- Comply with legal obligations
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:
- Stripe — for payment processing
- Our SMS/email service providers — to deliver account notifications you've opted into
- Your assigned Keeply Pro technician — who can see relevant information needed to service your property (contact info, address, task lists, service history)
- Service providers who help us operate KEEPLY (e.g., our cloud hosting and database provider)
- As required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of KEEPLY, our users, or others
4. SMS & Email Communications
If you opt in to receive SMS notifications, message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies based on your account activity. You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by updating your communication preferences in your account settings. You can reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of SMS does not affect your ability to use KEEPLY's core services.
5. Data Storage & Security
Your information is stored using industry-standard cloud infrastructure with reasonable technical and administrative safeguards in place to protect it. While we take security seriously, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your Rights & Choices
You may:
- Access and update your account information at any time through your KEEPLY account
- Request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us
- Opt out of SMS communications at any time
- Contact us with questions or concerns about your data
7. Children's Privacy
KEEPLY is a business-to-business service intended for commercial property owners, managers, and service technicians. It is not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect information from, individuals under the age of 18.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post any changes on this page and update the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of KEEPLY after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
